My experience with Schank Roofing was outstanding! Every aspect of the transaction, from quoting, to follow-up, to scheduling and on-site job management was everything I hoped for and expected. I always got a prompt and accurate response from Brock and Ty when i had questions. This was a fairly big job and I was concerned about tear off and cleanup around my landscaping. Brock told me "You won't even know were were there". He was right...in and out in two long days, perfect. Great crew and very respectful. This is who you want to do your roof...period.

We LOVE these guys! They're a little hard to get in to, but the quality and experience is worth the wait—and once it's your turn they are efficient, quick, very cost effective, easy and enjoyable to work with, and they don't leave a mess behind like so many other companies do. They also helped us do some custom work that we had in mind but didn't know how to design. And they had connections with other contractors who also did excellent work for additional jobs we needed. How much does a Roof Confidence visit cost?
Our inspections are free with the Roof Confidence Package. You only pay if you decide to move forward with repairs or a replacement.
Do I have to replace my roof if you find damage?
No. We explain every option: monitor, repair, or replace. You decide what's right for your budget and your timing. If monitoring is genuinely the right call, that's what the report will say.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We provide photographs, documentation and straightforward guidance so you can have a smoother conversation with your adjuster. We can't decide a claim for your insurer, but we can make sure nothing on your roof goes undocumented.
What areas do you serve?
Scottsbluff, Gering, Mitchell, Terrytown, Minatare, Morrill, Bayard, Bridgeport, Alliance, Sidney, Kimball and Chadron. For projects outside that list, call us and we'll confirm availability.
Are you licensed and insured?

What do Good, Watch and Fix Now actually mean?
Good means that area needs nothing from you. Watch means it's worth checking again next season, but it isn't urgent. Fix Now means leaving it will cost you more later. Every photograph in your report carries one of those three labels, so there's no ambiguity about what matters.

Nobody enjoys shopping for a roof.

You are not doing this because you want to. Something happened: hail came through, a stain appeared on the ceiling, an inspector wrote a sentence you didn't understand. Now you have to make an expensive decision about a part of your house you have never actually seen.

That's the part we set out to fix. We photograph the whole roof and mark every finding Good, Watch, or Fix Now, so the decision stops being a judgment call you have to take on faith. Sometimes the honest answer is that your roof is fine and you should spend the money elsewhere. We will tell you that, and hand you the photographs that prove it.

We have been on roofs in this valley since 2004. We live here. Our kids go to school here. If we do this badly, we hear about it at the grocery store.
